Each kit contains PNGase F, V-Tag fluorophore dye, reagents and SPE cartridges, sufficient for up to 30 samples. LT-VTAG-C30 is used for the release of aminoglycans from glycoproteins, subsequent fluorophore labelling and clean up This labelling kit contains the reagents needed for PNGase F release of aminoglycans, followed by fluorophore labelling and the specialised solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges required for the purification of the labelled glycans.
